A well-known spiritual principle states: "What you give out, you'll get it back 3x times".
Its documented origins go back far away in time as a testimony of a lost social culture where there was great awareness about the Unity of All Things.
What you give is who you are.
Your being is as kind, loving, beautiful and smart to the capacity you can transfer these qualities onto others.
Although we rely so much on language and words, we know that human-to-human communication actually happens 90% at another level: the subtle body level.
The cues, the facial mimic, the clothing, the voice, the feelings.
We all intuitively know that, yet it can't be scientifically proved so easily so our rational mind is prone to show resistance to this concept.

All artists, writers, musicians, conference speakers know this little secret, which is a universal law:
To touch people's heart you have to communicate IN your Heart.
Not through it,
Not with it ,
but in it.
It's in your real and raw Heart that the millions of frequencies you intercept will become coherent and gain power to incisively communicating externally.
People around you - or online - will attune to the emotional frequency you are reverberating through your being.
Think about this for a moment: do you really believe that without a human heart true, transformative, soul-shaping communication will ever be possible?
You can write articles using AI but it’s not the same to create awareness.
At what % are you embodying your Highest Expression right now?
Here we are, open hearted and authentic.
We include all the parts of our being into a single effort of communication.
It is that unified, heart-powered communication that creates an imprint on other people’s consciousness.
Change happens when two hearts touch each other. We are al change-makers if we communicate in our hearts.
It leaves a mark of your energy moving.
You are aware that your communication is impactful, just by virtue of being a whole & authentic human.
Before going into the endless choice maze of form (how to do the graphics, how to film, how to tweak the sentence, how to express your art, etc.),
bring attention to what is the shapeless quality on your heart in that moment.
That will cut through the noise and be impactful by itself, meeting your fellow human beings in awareness.
How does the quality of your heart feel when you are communicating with the world?
Does it feel joyful, hopeful, concern-less and alive?
Or does it feel kind of tired, torn, cranky, wacky?
That - and only that - is what people will subconsciously perceive and receive.
No matter how curated your form will be, subtle awareness will be in the feelings.
It is the feelings and hopes sitting in your heart that will come back to you 3x times.
